Hunter X Hunter is one of the most popular and loved anime out there right now. It is based on the brilliant Manga by the same name written by Yoshihiro Togashi. Hunter X Hunter Anime was first released back in 2011 and since the very start of the series, it became a huge success.
The last episode of the series was released a few years later in 2014. During all this time the series aired a total of 148 episodes and out of which there surprisingly only 2 reported fillers which makes it around 2% of the whole series.
What is Hunter x Hunter Anime?
The story revolves around a young boy Gon Freeccs, who aspires to become a great hunter just like his father, who abandoned him since he was very young. Gon Freeccs believed his father was dead until one day a friend, apprentice of his father tells him that not only his father is very well alive but also one of the famous hunters ever.
Once he finds the truth about his father, he becomes even more determined to become a great hunter just like his father and more importantly finds out where he is. Gon is joined by some other candidates and they become good friends and take on this wild journey with Gon to achieve their goals while also find Gon’s father.
Are Hunter x Hunter Fillers Worth Watching?
Well, there is not much to discuss as there are a total of only 2 filler episodes in the entire series and if you haven’t watched it already, I think you should go with the filler episodes as well. Hunter x Hunter is completely filled with some great action, emotions, and drama and so are the fillers.
