It started all the way back in 1996 right after DBZ ended and a year later in 1997 Dragon Ball GT ended as well. It’s one of the shortest anime series with a total of 65 episodes.

It continuous where Dragon Ball z left off, after finding Uub, Goku has taken on another deadly journey and this time the whole planet is at the risk of a catastrophe and only Goku can save the world. The Dragon balls are being scattered all around the world by the forces of darkness and Goku has to collect them all before it’s too late.

Despite the fact that it is not adopted from the Manga, Dragon Ball GT is filled with everything that you’d expect from a great anime series be it action-packed fights, emotions, drama, and suspense which makes this worth a watch.
